The overall experience was excellent. But during checkout on a Spring Break Sunday, tthey were overwhelmed. They still did everything quick but the parking was so packed that it was even hard to get to them. It's more of an airport organization problem. The staff was great!Reviewed 31 Mar 2025

I wanted to extend my rental. I called 5 days before my rental was going to expire. I called 15 times and they never answered.customer service at budget was extremely poor. I was left at the airport without transportation. No other car rentals had cars.Reviewed 18 Feb 2024

Our rental experience seemed fairly good, when we picked up the car there was a bit of damage on the vehicle. I made sure I took a full walk around video to make sure we weren’t gonna have any trouble on dropping off. It wasn’t a problem after all.
