I wanted to extend my rental. I called 5 days before my rental was going to expire. I called 15 times and they never answered.customer service at budget was extremely poor. I was left at the airport without transportation. No other car rentals had cars.Reviewed 18 Feb 2024

Our rental experience seemed fairly good, when we picked up the car there was a bit of damage on the vehicle. I made sure I took a full walk around video to make sure we weren’t gonna have any trouble on dropping off. It wasn’t a problem after all. Pros:Nothing. Our flight was late by 2 hours and when we reached at the budget office to pick up our cars they told us they had no more cars for us. We were 5 families traveling together so we had booked 5 cars and out those 5 cars none was available. Totally ridiculous. That would never happen in US. We ended up renting our cars from a local car rental company but had to pay double the cost of what we had booked with Budget. So this is a warning for future travelers, if you have booked with Budget there is no guarantee that you will get the car.Cons:Wish we had gotten our cars and not pay double the costReviewed 31 Dec 2020
