I will never make the mistake of booking a car through Budget again. As I was signing the rental agreement, I noticed a $17.99 charge - for mileage over 45 miles per day? I had booked an unlimited mileage car, first of all. Second, the rental agent at the counter said “it should be unlimited.” I hit the back button to show her, and she said “oh. You’re right! It’s not!” - I cancelled it and booked with Hertz. I’ll never make this mistake again. Garbage.Reviewed 12 Oct 2026

The only thing to note was that the pick up was at the holiday inn and not at the car rental village. But in fact that made it easier in the end. There was a gas station right opposite the place and wasn’t too busy.Reviewed 12 Oct 2026

Staff didn't listen and update reservation when I revised upon pickup. Further interactions were frustrating as staff also did not listen and update. The car was too small, outside was dirty, the wipers were old, and the wiper fluid hadn't been refilled. I won't use or recommend Budget again.Reviewed 11 Oct 2026

They are a budget rental company with the exception of price. Astronomical. I booked a luxury suv and was given a mini van. I went back in and they were nice enough to put me in a cheap suv. Do you think I was given a discount? Nope.Reviewed 9 Oct 2026
