First car I was given was dusty and has a lot of watermarks. When driving it feel right. The stereo will be playing but the screen was completely black. Switched the car but the new car keys had an issue with the battery. Car would not read it and was hard to turn on car.Reviewed 1 Oct 2024

The rental counter was closed, as it seems it always is at SNA. We had to go down to the basement to the subterranean office in the parking lot. Out wait was not long at all. The car we were given had not been washed. Thankfully the interior was reasonably clean.Reviewed 17 Aug 2024

Lady behind counter was extremely rude. Wouldn’t let me stand in building beside my husband. Downgraded our car to small suv but didn’t reduce the price. Spoke down to us like we were children. Never again will i use budget. Im sure not all staff are rude like her but it was enough to in future take my buisiness else were.Reviewed 22 May 2024

Pros:The staff was very helpful and made sure we left with a car even when we were presented with obstacles they were quick on their feet with solutions to help us.Cons:I was unsure were to leave the keys because we dropped it off before they were open so maybe a clear spot to leave the keys although I left them on the wall where they hung the keys.Reviewed 31 Mar 2021
