Cons:Upon arrival at drop off, their mobile check in didn’t work so I had to wait in line. They said they would email me to confirm that it was closed out. I still haven’t received an email, and have no idea if they closed it out properly or if I will be charged for extra days. The tank was full.Reviewed 2 Aug 2019

Horrible rental experiencePros:Super nice associate who tried to do his best. Awful manager support tonthis Employee. He was more professional than his boss.Cons:Didn’t like being charged for a convertible car that is non existent on ur lot. Don’t offer cars in your inventory that aren’t REALLY There. I promised my little nieces they would be picked up in a convertible. His disappointmented they would be. I never even GOT to pick them up becus the next rental car had a tire blow just miles on the toll road leaving me in a very dangerous situation. Road side service was 3-4 hours. I could have been killed waiting there that long with an almost dead cell phone. This happened at 6pm. Roadside showed at at 10:30pm at NIGHT! I left the car and told them to have it towed. I can’t sit here for 4.5 hours waiting for help! SBN store NEVER ANSWERED THEIR PHONE FOR ME. I needed help and was stranded and no battery left. Then I get trapped on 800 number. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Never again!!!!!Reviewed 23 Sept 2018

Pros:Car was decent (Kia Soul).Cons:When I came to pick up the car no one was at the desk for about 15' (she was outside smoking). When I dropped off the car they simply took the keys at the desk and did not bother to check mileage/condition nor offer a receipt. When charges hit my credit car the amount was almost double the quoted amount. Had to waste my time to call home office to have corrected and there was no adequate explanation.
