I would have preferred to have the car brought to me at the terminal. I'm 65 years old and with heavy luggage it was an inconvenience to me. Likewise when I returned the car at 5:00 am.Reviewed 16 Sept 2024

Wonderful. In st johns they are very efficient They could look after their vehicles. A little better. My tires were almost bald. in the rain, lots of hydroplaning.Reviewed 12 Jun 2024

The amount stated for booking was tripled at pickup, so Kayak never actually gave me a deal on my rental. I will NEVER recommend Kayak for deals, you guys don't make deals on price only book the vehicle.Reviewed 24 May 2024

They were extremely pleasant and friendly the car was a great vehicle for the price just a little awkward to get in and out of because I have a bad knee however the car was very clean and great on gas and very comfortable once I got in. Only wish you didn’t have to walk so far to get your car when you get off the plane other then that I would absolutely highly recommend budget to others looking for a great experience for a rentalReviewed 19 Apr 2024
