Pros:Staff at the pick up was friendly, on the contrary at the drop off was tough and stiff and not customer oriented as a matter of fact he wasn’t to care about how customer feels. Great carPros:Ended up getting the car one a short notice and ended up with a great new car. Picked it up in Tempe and returned it the next day at the airport.
