After 4 hours of waiting for a pickup, they brought me to a location that only had trucks and mini-vans available when my reservation was for a small economy car. Then they had the nerve to get upset with me for being mad! Nobody ever apologized!Cons:
They could have been up front from the start and told me either that they didn’t have the type of car I reserved, or that they couldn’t provide pickup. Instead, they led me on a wild goose for 4 hours (!) and never delivered.10.0 Wonderful
