our Chevy Malibu continually would not start up after it was parked several different times. The battery light showed low and don’t know if it was that or a mechanical problem. But it became a very big problem when trying to leave for the airport to catch my flight, which I was late for and created incredible stress throughout the whole process. Cons:Tried to call 4 different Budget numbers first morning line would Say connecting to an agent and then disconnects very frustrating. The car smelled like weed/smoke when we picked it up. Came back 20 min after pickup to let the agent know. She said she would note it on account. I asked about a later check in she said if I was later then 1:25 I would be charged full day 47.00 base rate. So we decided we would pay extra. My husband wanted another car it was that strong , but I didn’t want to wait. Next drop off was a mess two workers told us differently on drop off I instructions. Left keys on car, take my paperwork and no one looked over car with us there which I wanted to because they was no damage and full tank. They said I d get email haven’t yet. Looked on pending charges and it’s way over amount..... never agaon. Want explanation of why it’s soooo much pendingReviewed 16 May 2021
