Our actual Flight was great & smooth but it was delayed for 4 hours and Jetblue weren't able to accommodate us in the earlier flight. That was Awful. I lost work/clients because of this delay
Old plane. No outlets for laptop or phone. Seats worn out. Area around seat dirty.
We liked the flight, but not in JFK, not in Gatwick it is no lounge and this was surprising and disappointing. I think by now it is understandable that COVID will not go away and why it should not be business lounge?

Cons: "Nobody was sat in the overwing emergency exit row seats for the whole flight (so nobody had been briefed on how to use them) and the tray tables for these seats were down during the flight effectively blocking the emergency exit in the event of an emergency. Potentially very dangerous"

Pros: "My flight was canceled and Virgin Atlantic gave us a free room in the hotel Ramada. My next flight was at 18:55 and I asked Virgin Atlantic agent am I allowed to stay in the room until time for my flight comes, he confirmed yes and gave me breakfast, lunch, and dinner voucher. However, next day around 12 I got call from Front Desk that I have to leave my room right away because it's time to chack out and If I want to stay longer I have to pay. I called Virgin Atlantic agancy again and the agent run my information and said to me I can stayin the room longer. After that I called front desk to confirm that but they said they didn't hear anything from Virgin Atlantic and I have to leave the room by 1pm. All of this was really unpleasant!"
Cons: "I didn't like anything. I didn't like the communication between Virgin Atlantic with travelers, communication between Virgin Atlantic and hotel Ramada. Everything was really poorly."

We checked one bag. That was fast and the agent was fast and super nice. At the gate, boarding was fast and efficient. Flight was uneventful which was great because it was early in the morning and most folks were sleeping. Landing was great. Delta does a really good job of making the flying experience better all around considering you are sitting in such a small space on a plane for several hours. Flight from ALT to Panama City was short and uneventful as well. No entertainment but no need since it was such a short flight.
The announcements about boarding were unclear and har.d to understand I almost missed the flight even though I wa in the boarding area. .
The flight attendants were friendly and seemed to like their jobs. I am not a high maintenance person, but they seemed to respond to people's needs and requests in a timely fashion with a smile.. I appreciate the benefits of complimentary snacks and beverages, as well as the relatively inexpensive checked baggage fee. (Although I would like it better if it were free! :) ) The only improvement that could be made to make the boarding process more efficient is to board the plane from the back. The alternative would be to board people with only a personal item first. This would reduce the wait time while others are stowing their baggage.
W were seated in the middle of 4-seat row so we had to bother other passengers to get out. Seats were packed together too tightly. It was a very uncomfortable place to sit for 8 hours.

Cons: "Extremely frustrated. Upon booking my ticket, I was told it wouldn’t be a full flight. At no point did u receive any information alerting me that it was going to be a full flight. I was extremely uncomfortable due to COVID."

Cons: "Something to work on is organizing the flights in order when you are checking in. I arrived and it was a mess, we didn't know where to go and which line to take. Please make sure you put signs so we can follow and be more organized."

Cons: "honesty. 29 minute flight took 3 hours. first they blamed it on waiting for luggage, then they likely realized there were no connecting fllights, so that excuse didn't work, then they were 'closing the cargo doors' for 45 minutes, then they had to de-ice as the plane had now sat for 4 hours instead of 45 minutes, had it left on time."

Cons: "The staff told us our carry-ons are over weighted and forced us to check in 2 carry-ons and charged us 250USD! Our carry-ons are totally standard-sized but just weighted more than 8 kg. We have never encountered any airlines would rob costomers like this! Will NEVER ever fly Turkish airline again!"

Pros: "Really like the airline, sat in the front rim of economy. My husband is over 6ft and he was happy with the leg space. As was I since we flew right our 1 and a half year old boy."
Pros: "Liked that they moved me to a better seat - was sitting next to a cranky old Turkish man - who complained every time we brushed his legs getting into our seats- he refused to stand to let us into our seats- I said this is not gonna work and they found me a great seat with some normal passengers."

Pros: "I loved the amount of attention and consoling that was given to an ailing elderly woman on my flight to Turkey! On my flight to Ghana the attendants were so gentle and provided a lot of ammenities. Oh and the hotel was an amazing experience and respite especially after the run-around at the airport. Thank you"
Cons: "I did not enjoy the run-around I was given in trying to find the hotel desk. “50 meters then turn left” was the anthem. All someone had to say was go outside the airport and you’ll find the hotel desk! Hehe thank you Turkish Airlines however! Thank you."

Pros: "None of the above. I actually liked nothing about this trip. Took off at London in time for Frankfurt, arrived early, but missed the connection to Tel Aviv. So I had to be routed to Munich to catch a 10:30 pm flight, which arrives at 3 am Sunday. So I wasted the entire day, starved, exhausted."
Cons: "Proper connection time. I lost the entire day, and now have to get a cab for $100 instead of my colleague meeting me. 3 am is impossible. And I am still not in Tel Aviv."

Cons: "There was not enough room for all the people’s cabin size luggage. They allowed people to get on board with big coats once they’re in the plain they take off the coats and place them up. Those coats take the same space as a small suitcase. I asked the fly attendants for assistance and they didn’t even pretend to care about the situation. I had to put my luggage under the seat for the entire flight, which ended up reducing the very reduced legroom. What this airline is trying to do is; to charge passengers twice for cabin size luggage. This has been my worst experiences with airlines. Lufthansa is definitely an airline to avoid."

Pros: "Once again, the in-flight crew was excellent. The flight was good, but no entertainment is provided."
Cons: "Another late take off, probably because the incoming connections were late. So it was good that the airline delayed the connecting flights. However, this leg of the trip was so late that I barely made it to third leg of the trip. A huge problem is that each of these international airports require that you go through the security check again. For that reason, connecting legs of trips through these airports should not be scheduled so close together. Heathrow is the worst, with security staff that, at best, don’t care that you have a close connection to make and just ignore your pleas to speed up the process, and at worst, are just plain rude."
