Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praise the hotel's excellent location, beautiful design, and unique atmosphere, with many highlighting the proximity to Puerto Madero and the overall vibe. However, there are recurring complaints about inconsistent service, with several guests reporting negative experiences with staff, slow or inattentive responses, and issues with privacy and professionalism. Room size and bathroom quality are also common concerns, as many found them smaller or less luxurious than expected for the price. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's ambiance, decor, and some positive staff interactions are appreciated by guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
