Excellent staff, very clean,a real Art Deco hotel, great breakfast. We highly recommend the hotel..
Reception area absolutely wonderful!! Service tops. Really nice full breakfast buffet. Safe and in good area. We asked for a quiet room and it was so nice and quiet! Pretty interior and nice room decor.
No washcloths. Small refrigerator didn't keep things cold. Pillow strange, but maybe Argentinian????
Friendly helpful Reception on arrival and anytime we needed them; huge well appointed room with super-comfortable bed and the bonus of firm pillows (instead of the all too often encountered limp down ones); grand decor and a wonderful calm throughout the hotel; step outside onto Callao and it's a flat safe walk to all you want to see in BA
Very little to think of - a pool would be nice but it's a small omission!
Quirky, grand, opulent even. Lovely room with huge ceiling, massive comfy bed and the surprise of a small balcony. Large well appointed bathroom. We ate dinner on the first night which was fantastic. HUGE portions so we ordered far too much. The two ladies working behind the bar were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was like a continental type of meal and there was plenty of choice. All staff we met were really helpful. Ricardo checked us in and he was superb; efficient, friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this hotel especially for a very centrally located establishment near the obelisk.
Nothing we didn’t like. If you were being fussy you could suggest they paid attention to hoovering the communal areas but that’s nothing to worry about.
Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly.
No shower gel.
