Pros (+) The second room we were placed in was clean and well taken care of.
Cons (-) The first room that we were put in had been smoked in. I called downstairs to be placed in a non-smoking room and was informed that the hotel was smoke free. That meant that the housekeeper didn’t bother to inform the head housekeeper or front desk to pull it from sales. This surprised the front desk. The front desk clerk put us into a different room and all was well.... except that they didn’t se...

Cons (-) Made the reservation. One hour later had my meetings changed. They would not allow me to change it by one night. Called the manager and left messages, no one would even return my call.

Pros (+) We were able to have guests in our room and not have to sit on the bed to visit. Quiet, clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) We were NOT told at check in that we could get a $2.00 discount on the breakfast at that time. The waiter told us as we were getting our bill but there was no discount granted then. We found the restaurant to be very expensive.

Pros (+) I like the staff. They are friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Breakfast was not included with the price of our room. We have to go out to find our own food. The restaurant inside the hotel was very expensive for the quality and quantity of food ordered. We decided not to go back there for another meal. Slow service too.
