Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring Cardiff and accessing transport. The staff were frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the overall experience. However, several reviews raised concerns about cleanliness, with some guests finding rooms and common areas dirty or run down. Parking was another point of contention, with guests reporting misleading information, high costs, and limited availability. While some found the beds comfortable, others noted issues with old mattresses. The hotel's historical charm and grand atmosphere were appreciated, though some facilities were described as dated or in need of refurbishment.
