Pros (+) The owners were always present to help out. The cleanliness was A+. Always clean towels and room cleaning every day. Location was perfect. It was very quiet at all times.
Cons (-) Unfortunately the stores, taverna and markets were mostly closed due to Covid but that is not the fault of ownership of course. I would rent a larger apartment from Nicolas next time.
