KAYAK
When picking up the price of the rental skyrocketed to nearly 3 times what was booked. The car would not connect to the phone, they tried to add a Bluetooth dongle but that only worked for 3 blocks. Corded didn’t work. Navigated by holding the phone not great when driving on a new side of the road. Felt like a bait and switch. Would never rent from them again.
