Cons:I asked for a car that didn’t smell of smoke and was given one with extra air freshener but a smoky odor that emerged after I had been driving for about an hour. More importantly, the driver’s side windshield wiper broke off during a heavy rainstorm, and I could have had a serious accident. Between these problems and an issue with the previous car I rented from Hertz, I have yet to be given a penny of a refund because I made the mistake of prepaying. I will certainly not ever use Hertz again!Reviewed 31 Dec 2020

Cons:There was no windsheild wiper fluid in the vehicle or in the vehicle. When I drove in the highway i could not see cuz of the snow and the wipers without the fluid was a danger situation. I could have gotten in accident because of this. There should be everything in the vehicle and things in the back in case of emergencies such as this one.Reviewed 22 Dec 2020

Pros:Dropoff was super easy and quick!Cons:The selection of vehicles implied that I would get a "high-top" van which would have allowed me to get more room, but when I picked up I found out it was a regular van, and no room to move my bed etc. I also found out that there was no EasyPass in the van, making it impossible to travel on normal bridges and highways without doing cumbersome mail-in tolls.Reviewed 21 May 2020
