Cons: This car rental office screwed me on one day of rental cost and, and this is the part I hate (and couldn't reverse), 7 days of "basic insurance". My total bill was more than twice as high as the price I signed up for through Kayak. And they still haven't managed to send me the bill, they just called me and charged my card,

Pros: Low mileage Infinity. Pleasant people. Fast return.
Cons: Car looked like it hadn't been cleaned upon previous return. No biggie. A damp rag took care of the drips, dirt, and dust. Sometimes things get missed and this was one of those times. That was only flaw.

Pros: Great customer service from all staff. I was very surprised - you typically don't get very friendly, happy and sincere service from most rental companies. This location had great phenomenal customer service and would recommend.

Misleading search result
Pros: I like Enterprise & prefer to use them for my car rentals
Cons: What I did not like about this Kayak listing was that I searched for car rentals at the Oakland, CA airport. The search result gave me an Enterprise location that was 30 minute drive from the airport, with no shuttle service. I felt the search result was misleading. Fortunately, I checked the address of the Enterprise location provided by the search result, and found out it was not at the Oakland airport. I was able to cancel the Kayak reservation and book directly with Enterprise for a car at the airport.

Trust, But Verify!
Pros: The Enterprise Staff eventually accommodated me, but the location the suggested airport rental was actually downtown.
Cons: The people were extremely nice but she didn't gave me enough information.

Pros: The agent at the Oakland facility was warm, receptive, and sympathetic to my plight. She encourage me to call the Santa Rosa airport facility and speak to the manager directly to ensure my refund.

Got random unexplained chargd
Cons: I received an unexplained $8.95 charge from budget on october 10th 8 days after I returned the vehicle. This needs to be refunded immediately!
Pros: Loved the Kia van, it's gas mileage for a van and the wonderful roomy interior. Power doors weren't working properly. I could have used more instruction on how to operate those, I guess and been shown the features of the car.
Pick up at the hotel was very convenient for me, as it's very close to my home. Loved that!
Cons: There's only one person working the Hertz desk at the Courtyard, so i had to wait a bit for him to finish with another person. That's ok, the office technically doesn't open until 8 am so I didn't come early and I was tight on time because of all of that.

Pros: The rental office, which is very small (one person), was also very efficient. We were in and out in a short time. The car is fine, it was clean and it works great. (All we wanted was transport while our car is in the shop, so we're relatively easy to please.)
Cons: I cant' think of anything to complain about, honestly.
Pros: Good value on a one-way rental (pickup downtown / return to the airport.) And the drop-off at SFO was very quick, with efficient and courteous staff.

terrible service at drop off ruined the whole expe
Cons: The lady you guys have working at the Emeryville store is probably one of the most rude people I have ever encounter. She got pissed because I had to get my things from the car and she had to open the car for me after she had already closed my contract (wtf??). Also, I was late only 29 min and she charged me almost the full price for another entire daily rate. I don't think this is fair. Hertz is WAY MORE flexible than you guys. They WOULD NEVER charge another day for bing late 29 min. I will call customer services because I don't think this is correct.
