Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the exceptionally friendly and helpful service provided by the hosts, describing them as attentive, kind, and willing to go above and beyond. The hotel’s central location in Chiang Mai’s old town was highly appreciated for its convenience and proximity to attractions, yet many found it pleasantly quiet. Cleanliness was frequently mentioned, with rooms described as tidy and well-maintained. Many guests felt the accommodation offered good value for the price, and several noted the rooms were spacious and comfortable. While a few reviews mentioned the property was older and some facilities could use updating, the positive atmosphere, excellent service, and overall comfort far outweighed any negatives for most visitors.
