Pros (+) Such a great visit. Welcome, helpful staff willing to do whatever they could to make my stay great. Room was very comfortable, loved the bed!

Pros (+) Loved that we could pop in and out of shops and bars and be close enough to our room to drop of bags.
Cons (-) I didn't like the parking fee and noticed it was overpriced compared to other lots in the area. The hotel should include this or offer a discount.

Pros (+) The location of the James is ideal for visiting the River North area. The room is clean, reasonable size, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Even on the 17th floor, there was a lot of street noise. We could even hear the saxophone player at the corner of Rush and Ohio! We also had a charge for the room honor bar that was added to our bill even though we did not use it. Watch your receipts!

Pros (+) I really loved/liked and grateful we were able to check in early when we arrived early in the morning after our flight. I think it's well worth it especially because we were staying only one night. For my taste, I liked the contemporary classy decor and atmosphere. The atmosphere in our room felt romantic.
