Pros (+) For the price, or run was pretty nice and the breakfast was good.

Cons (-) The room wasn't clean. This wasn't the room cleaners fault. Rather the room just seems to be in disrepair. The walls were stained up. There appeared to be black mold on the ceiling a and by the door. The carpet was worn and felt greasy. The blankets had holes in them and were stained. $70 seemed a bit much for a room the the owner is clearly not maintaining.

Cons (-) Refrigerator freezer didn't work, toilet tank cover mismatch for tank (left open space on one end, room had musty odor and not well cleaned. Very small breakfast area for the number of customers. Bed blankets stuffed into dresser lower drawers (not folded, just wadded up and crammed into the drawers. Facility very old and worn (in need of renovation). Definitely will not stay there again.

Cons (-) Had three rooms. TV worked. In one room. Pool had tiles missing. Air conditioning broke in. One room had to move rooms middle of night

Cons (-) The room was not clean. The mattress had bugs in them. I was extremely disgusted. The floor was wet all over the room and we did not know where it was coming from. The air conditioner had food stains and gunk on them.
Pros (+) Nothing much to like.
Cons (-) Unkept grounds. Dirty room. Towel bar fell off the wall. Decorating was awful. Very shady clientel. Not worth more than $20 at best.
