Reception/housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Good location in the city. Good facilities. Bar/restaurant staff were rude and unwelcoming. Our friends were allocated a disabled room with a disabled bathroom which was not requested or needed as clearly neither of them were disabled or required such a room. We do not feel that this was acceptable.
The hotel was very nice, clean and couldnt have asked for a nicer place to stay
The hotel was clean, modern and staff were very helpful. The hotel location is a five minute walk from the quay side and a five minute walk to the bus station - were you can get a bus that takes ten mins to get to the metro centre. Didn't like the fact the hotel had no free parking facilities. You need to pay for the car park which costs around £6 per night
on check in there was only one member of staff so we waited quite a while to check in and there was a lot of noise right into the early hours of the morning from other guests
cigarette burns on the carpet, stains on the carpet, very small room, shower curtain not screen, air conditioning unit screeching!
Everything from the staff to the hotel room was excellent. Views across the Tyne were outstanding... Paying an extra £12.00 for the hotel parking!
superb views good location car parking charge
The room was roomy and spotless. Lovely bathroom and excellent shower. We have a good view of the City as well. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.
Location to attractions
There is nothing better in this city so its the only option! Hotels in general are very poor in the UK....the quality of the materials that they use in their buildings is really the cheapest of the cheapest.....a 3 start hotel in Germany looks better than a 5 star in the UK......the water pressure in the showers is always an issue and my bidet at home is bigger than the bathtubs!
The friendliness of the staff and the extremely well-appointed room, spotlessly clean. The hotel was ideal for our theatre/shopping stopover.
Decor is chic and position is terrific Breakfast service was hit and miss. No room for an armchair in the bedroom
The interior design of the rooms and the reception area and cellar bar was outstandingly elegant, uncluttered and enjoyable. We welcomed the opportunity to go to the adjoining restaurant for dinner. The water in the shower didn't drain away and Channel 5 was unobtainable - we wanted to watch the Test Match. An iron with an ironing board would be a welcome addition.
I was impressed with the Grey Street Hotel and will definitely be staying there again.
handy to town centre
Staff went out of their way to help me with all the problems I encountered with the hotel. Too many to detail here! See the reviews on TripAdvisor too.
Contemporary modern rooms, good location in Newcastle city centre and close to bars and restaurants. Breakfast delivered to room was very poor. Room was located next to air conditioning shaft which was very noisy.
The room was very clean and comfortable and newly furnished, staff very helpful. The panini that i ordered through room service was over cooked and hard. Also i paid cash in the morning and yet the hotel held back funds in my bank account which have not been released to date!
Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was beautifully presented and I was pleasantly surprised as the price was very reasonable. I would definitely return again. A hotel bar would have been nice but not a deal breaker as only 5 miles from city-centre
The grounds were excellent The facilities were basic and shared. For the price charged, on suite should be available.
Easy access to city, quiet at night, polite staff. I would like to return in the future for a longer stay
easy reach of many places Nothing
The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly
Accommodation was roomy and beautifully maintained. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Probably the best value for money I have ever experienced.
The staff were very friendly, made you feel welcome. The hotel room itself was a good size, bathroom was spacious with a huge corner bath. The windows were difficult to open.
Staff friendly, clean comfortable room at a reasonable rate. No.
The room, the quiet, the bathroom. Excellent stay - would definitely go back. would have liked cable/satellite television and digital (or any) radio.
The hotel was quite comfortable, and close to Prudhoe where my husband had to go to on business, and only a few miles from Newcastle Metrocentre for me to go shopping. There had recently been a leak above our bathroom, and it smelt damp. The hotel can't be blamed for that, but it needs to be attended to promptly. I would stay at the hotel again, but I would enquire about that beforehand.
Ease of access directly to city, facilities, bars, staff, the fact that it is an independent hotel & not a chain
Friendly staff and easy parking
Very helpful doorman who provided free map of Newcastle and information leaflet plus friendly advice Confusing 'levels' rather than floor numbers. Unusual for breakfast not to be included in room price.
We enjoyed the extra luxury of staying in a prime location in the city, we got upgraded to the bridal suite and no extra cost whic was fantastic and everyone was polite and very helpful, we would certainly come again and would be happy to recommend the hotel. we also loved the bathroom, the shower was great. we did not have breakfast as it was rather expensive and all the reviews said it wasnt worth it,
Location was just what I wanted Meeting friends and enjoying a very nice meal in Chinatown The Dragon House
its location and the high standard of the hotel. I would have liked to check in an hour earlier.
Comfortable, quiet and calm.A lot of oldfashioned charm with helpful staff. Good service in restaurant.
It's proximity to the city, you couldn't get closer to the shopping and sights if you tried! The hotel was very basic, it had no atmosphere and looked shabby and in nead of a refit. A distinct lack of luxury swing as it has a 4 star rating!
Central position, friendly staff. Had Sky TV available in the bar area, which they switched for us to waatch 1st day of the Ashes in Brisbane. No a/c in the rooms. No Sky TV in the rooms. I thought room rate was expensive for what you got
The location of the hotel
Very convenient for the train station and bus for the metro centre. Staff were very friendly and allowed us into our room when we arrived. We also left our luggage until we left for the train. Excellent service from all staff. The only down side was the level of noise during the night. I would request a quiet room the next time I visit.
Comfortable and clean room with a fan to cool us down as it was a very hot day. The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was not ready when we arrived but the staff were great and looked after our luggage for us while we went for lunch.
good location, good breakfast
the hotel was really superb, staff were so helpful at all times and the food was lovely this is a hotel i have used time after time go for it its centrel and of high standerds can i stop longer
The location in the city centre oppersite the train station i used 1. we booked a double room and recieved a twin. Told staff and moved rooms. 2. the 2nd room we got wasn't as clean as 1st room. the bins hadn't been emptied and the bath has hair in it (quite a lot). We didnt switch rooms again has we were on a deadline.
The Duty Manager handled my morning complaint very well. She was attentive, curteous and resolved my issue suitably. Getting woken up at 405am by a crowd of people outside my door wasn't great and then the party next door caused me to call the Duy Porter at 440am. He was very helpful and ejected one perosn from the hotel.
Staff very pleasant and helpful, and knew area quite well. Hotel well insulated against noise outside of it. Room was quite spacious. Toilet bowl really needs a good bleaching (it was pretty brown) and cracked / loose floor tiles need replacing in bathroom. Also had dirty pillowcase which was replaced, so standards of cleanliness need to be improved.
central to town centre
In need of renovation! Washbowl taps loose, toilet handle fell off and not repaired. "Well you can use the one in the reception and you are checking out tomorrow" Wedding confetti on bathroom floor from previous occupants.
Shelter from the snow until the fire alarm went off and everyone had to go outside in -4C. Felt sorry for the young lady with just a towel wrapped around her!! Initially given an 'upgrade' to a room next to the reception, noisy, dirty decor, looked like no maintenance for around 25 years, TV remote (one of the first) so worn you could read what the buttons were for, bedside lights not working and alarm/radio broken. Downgrade room little better.
I liked the area - the hotel felt friendly and the staff very helpful. Bit noisey from late night groups coming home - I guess I should have expected that.
the room was a decent size and a good size bathroom. clean and tidy and comfy beds. Really enjoyed staying in the hotel and will definately be stopping again.
Hotel staff were very pleasent
This hotel is great, the rooms rooms are great, the staff are fantastic, the breakfast very fresh... I can't fault them in anyway. I arrived late and ended up in a honey suite but hey that was a great bonus for me! Nothing!
Friendly staff, clean and modern room, convenient loaction. Breakfast times could be extended.
The area the hotel was situated The heating in the room did not work
Nice rooms, bar and restaurant. Friendly reception staff. Breakfast service. No orange juice, slow to respond when asked for some.
good location, clean no free wifi in rooms, restaurant food was not that great
proximity to airport Getting to the hotel, a friend came to pick us up and seeing the gate and 4pound parking fee she panicked and parked on the road outside and got a 60 pound fine from police who arrived in a minute! a note at the entrance could explain ticket validation!!!
Within walking distance to the airport terminal. Room was large and clean. staff were very helpful to change our room as the first one did not have operating air conditioning at the time, although they tried to fix it. Restaurant was reasonably priced
central to pubs
The staff were excellent and bent over backwards to help. Parking facilities
Ambience Room too small. Too hot. Window did not open. No 350
Friendly staff and good facilities Noise, woken up by both guests and noise outside the hotel.
excellent location, lovely staff and good facilities.
They provide free internet which is great. And the location is good for travellors. The floor could be a bit of old and the noise from upstairs is annoying.
Beautifully restored staircase, on site parking, central location For a "superior" room, the furnishing was a bit utility, and the battlship grey colour scheme in the refurbished corridors was depressing.
Very helpful and friendly hotel staff. Very comfortable bed and good room facilities. Traffic noise disrupted my night's sleep somewhat.
Staff very good No sky tv. Jacuzzi in bath didn't work.
Busy city centre hotel, excellent location, very helpful staff Room was so hot has to keep window open at night even though it was snowing,
Friendliness of the staff Location of the hotel, overlooking the sea with a good variety of restaurants within easy walking distance.
beautifull location with sea views , freshly decorated room , spacious and bright, clean , huge king size bed
Easy to find, Clean and comfy rooms, lovely position on the sea front with good outlook from premier room. Good position for night life which was our only reason for making the trip due to attending a hen party, however not right in the middle of all the noise 2 mins walk away from the main street brilliant location for what we wanted. No bar however not a problem plenty 2 mins away which are open til all hours of morning. Only regret didnt get to sample the breakfast, which was included, due to late one (or should I say early). Another good point check out time 1100 and not 1000am like most other places. n/a
staff were very friendly and help full we have a 18 month old baby so a big room was nice
Nice quiet hotel for the area it is in the heater did not work, a tad cold in the room
A very pleasant hotel in a lovely location with very friendly attentive staff.
Friendly welcome and friendly staff
It is a well run small hotel that gives you a personal service and great food.
helpful and friendly hotel staff
Very friendly and helpful staff The room was on the small side, but adequate
The excellent service and the friendly staff. Good food and nice breakfast. Off road parking.
The staff were very pleasant and we were made most welcome. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a log. The cooked breakfast the next morning was excellent, great start to my day.
Receptionist was extremely helpful
The friendly staff and good English Breakfast
Comfortable relaxed bar area serving good food
Extremely long way out of Sunderland and a very expensive taxi to get there and back the next day. Room was a bit cold. Ironing board very old and needed replacing. Steak was not great. Poor coffee. However, the staff were great and very helpful
The restaurant was very good. The hotel was miles from the city centre so choice was very limited. The decor - motel feel. It was also very cold.
Excellent internet access in my room.
Hotel was cheap and there was lots of parking A wedding was taking place in the hotel (not involving us) and there were lots of very drunk, very loud people running up and down corridors and banging on bedroom doors (including ours) at all hours of the night. I complained about this in the morning and the girl on the counter did nothing to apologise. I'd booked two rooms, for me and my partner and for my brother and his, and I would have expected some kind of discount or compensation by way of money off a future stay by way of an apology for the fact that the four of us got very little sleep.
Staff were very helpful and pleasant - particularly the bar person who scoured the kitchens to find me a newspaper! Checking in - very poor lighting over desk made it difficult - receptionist very good but I do think you need to review the level of lighting she is working with
breakfast evening food of very poor quality
Complaints refood and to staff on checkout not responded to,requested reduction of bill beacause of por service, food and accommodationand paid under protest. requested management to call me at home after my return from the funeral we were attending of family member, not done. Evening meals breakfast poor. dirty sinks, cracked bath, bathroom door had Ybeen punched in ,beakfast requests not met, window catches broken, need I go on?
I stayed at the hotel because I was visiting family in nearby Jarrow. I thought the staff were most helpful especially when I arrived close to midnight due to a delayed flight. None what so ever.
for the price I paid it was good value for money, had this been the advertised rate, I would deinately not. while rooms are clean and spacious they are looking tired and bathrooms dated
Nice comfortable room. All on one level, so no stairs to climb
Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good, something for everyone. The hotel was in desperate need of a refurbishment especially in the bedrooms & leisure areas. We specifically booked this hotel because of the pool & the jaccuzzi only to find that the jaccuzzi was out of action & then the pool was also out of action from 07:30-09:00 the following morning
The price of a breakfast £13.99 was frankly ridiculous
the staff were very pleasant and helpful. great to use the spa and swimming pool. nothing
The food was beautiful and the rooms were spacious and very clean The staff trying to charge me for using the pool when it was free and the restaurant tryhing to charge us for our evening meal when we had an all inclusive deal.
The hotel was perfectly located for my stay and the the staff were friendly and helpful. I am disabled, but not in a wheelchair, my lower legs are paralysed which means I have extremely poor balance and therefore need a stick to maintain my balance when standing to serve myself at the buffet breakfast. I am therefore, not a big fan of self - service restaurants as I have to balance my plate on something while I serve up the food with my only free hand. On my third and final day, I was helped by a member of the restaurant who realised my predicament and offered her assistance - I gladly accepted. I know I could have asked for help, but the staff seemed busy most of the time and if one can manage, one generally does! Perhaps your staff could be encouraged to look for people who might be experiencing difficulty during the self ser
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms although slightly dated were very clean the food and beverages very expensive for what you get.
things to be explain before hand the price was changed ones we got to the hotle
Ease of access to the main roads Extremely poor standard of food at dinner. Probably the worst curry I have ever been presented with to eat. The general standard of restarant service was poor. Staff seemed not to be welcoming or attentive both at dinner and breakfast.
Easy access from A1 and into central Newcastle. The decor and fittings are a little "tired" and would benefit from refurbishment. Our rooms were at the end of a very long corridor.
Vist to family too many children !!
Location was excellent and rooms were furnished to a high standard We couldn't figure out how to get hot water out of the shower
Accomodation was excellent, bright, clean and modern. A pleasure to stay in. Staff couldn't find my booking on check in, this however worked in my favour as I was allocated the Show apartment instead.
The modern kitchen and lounge area was fantastic and very spacious. It gave us the great opportunity to cook! The kitchen had all of the most popular untensils however tongs would have been useful. Having plenty of cups and glasses meant that we did not have to clean as often and at the end of the stay just fill the dishwasher! The bathroom was small however decorated beautifully and was also very clean. Overall our stay was great. I do not have any major complaints just minor ones such as the sky in our lounge did not work at all which was a bit of a let down. Also i think this would be more of a suggestion rather than a true complaint, the bed side tables are very close to the floor rather than bed level thus we could not have any drinks or snacks in the room whitout have them on the bed or holding them.
The apartments were decorated to a very high standard and had a lovely atmosphere about them. I liked everything, don't think I would want anything to change and would definately come back to stay in the apartments again.
beautifull appartment - feel at home
lovely apartment that was well appointed. Sky TV is a real bonus.staff were immensely friendly and courteous. no mineral water and milk was limited to one cup each with no obvious shop nearby.
Modern, comfortable and good location.
The apartments were new when we stayed and have been finished to a high spec. Very nice and spacious. Not affected by noise. The double bed was only a 4'6" I would of expected at least a 5' bed size.
warm, comfortable, very modern appliances and decoration, plenty of room, good situation, good parking would have liked a CD player in the apartment
Astonishing standard of accommodation for the money. Massive lounge/ diner with kitchen area, 2 comfortable and very stylish bedrooms, one with an ensuite. Beautifully decorated, luxuriously comfortable. Can accommodate 4 adults in comfort for £135 a night!! The rating on the website is spot-on -Fabulous!! Nothing really, but just a couple of syggestions: morning papers would be nice. Also the front door of the main building is kept open which makes the hall and landing cold and a little less than welcoming. otherwise perfect.
Only stayed one night, it was convenient, with limited car parking and was adequate and cheap for what I needed at the time.
Lock on door was broken but they fixed it as soon as we told them about it
room was comfortable and pleasant receptionist on arrival was on mobile phone and continued conversation whilst dealing with my booking in - I found this inappropriate and a poor standard of service
comfortable. good location and the staff were brilliant especially joe with the turban at reception what a legend. everything was perfect
The staff and the breakfast. The room was shabby, noisy from the road traffic and in need of new bed and bedding.
had a problem with the window in my room, but staff were very accommodating and moved me promptly to their only remaining available room, a double at no extra charge. seems to be popular at weekends for hen/stags, but would recommend for midweek
The staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. It's a few minutes walk from Jesmond Metro, and the metro takes minutes into Newcastle City Centre - ideal!!
nice, clean and cosy - very nice staff
The room was very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful.
Excellent , would recommend without any hesitation. Friendly staff and excellent English breakfast
Has a Thai Restaurant attached. The hotel itself seemed very tired, staff were scruffy and looked as if they wanted to be somewhere else.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff in this family run hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Superb Thai bar meal, very reasonable prices for food and drink. None
I requested a warm room on my booking form. The room was lovely and toasty and reception asked if I was satified with the temperature - which I was. Food was delicious at the Thai restaurant and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Although the room was warm the radiator was extremely noisy - the only way to stop the noise was to turn it off!!!
The staff went out of their way to be helpful; the receptionist helped to find another hotel for our onward holiday, on the internet. The room had no extras, like biscuits with the coffee tray. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was badly laid out with guests having to go to another table to pick up butter, sugar etc. Also the table wasn't checked for essentials like spoons, etc.
the hotel was friendly and comfortable with a good range of food available.
Lovely rooms, very clean and spacious
Really Good Hotel, very friendly staff good value for money.
The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The hotel epitomised Scotland, which I find to be one of the most welcoming countries in the world. The weather.
The bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned for some time. There was hair all over the bath, the floor, the sink, somebody had been poorly in the toilet, the bath side was coming away, there were signs of black mould all around the bath and the tiles. The room itself was very smelly, the window had such bad condensation that just closing the curtains caused my clothes to get wet, the pillows were incredibly hard and there was a monotonous noise through the entire night.
The staff were obliging. The room wasn't very clean. The T.v didn't work very well, 3 channels out of eight. There were two lights out in our room. The double glazing wasn't adequate and the hotel is alongside the busy duel carriageway. One of my party slipped in the bath due to no grip or rubber mat in the bath.
Very central and well appointed, free wi-fi access.
Liked having the flexibility of the kitchen. The pigeons that made their home on the window sills - They were very noisy. Our reservation had been "overlooked" and the office was not prepared for us to show up and check in. Even though the apartment had been "cleaned" since the last occupant(s), there was still a dirty tea cup on the coffee table and a dirty towel left in the bathroom. Also, there were the left over check-in packages from several previous guests on the sideboard in the entry.
queit and comfortalbe .I'm extremelly satisfied with this excellent hotel... nothing
Spacious apartment in a great central location, that was surprisingly quiet in the evenings for a city centre location. No secure or off street parking was a slight negative.
Convenient location opposite the Winter Gardens and Mowbray Park. Quiet and self contained property with a good fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. I would have preferred more availabililty of staff whose office hours are not weekend or late night friendly. Key collection is dependent upon a taxi company out of hours, which is uncomfortable, especially when having to wait outside the apartments looking very conspicuous as tourists.
Really clean, fantastic premium apprtment.
Excellent location, with modern and clean facilities.
Ease of access, Comfort, facilities cleanliness. Overall an excellent apartment and will be back. Nothing
The facilities are very good. The location in the city centre was ideal for our purposes. All round an excellent experience. No.
very spacious, central, clean, good facilities. felt secure.
Location & availablilty of breakfast Would have appreciated better tea-making facilites, No sockets near bed for medical equipment
A standard you can rely on in an area you don't know Very bland and lacking in style or atmosphere
The room was realtively quiet with nice outlook and the breakfast was very good with friendly staff. I thought the room could do with a little updating - carpets etc.
Lovely breakfast. choice of pillows Staff on reception were not very friendly at all. everyone else was very friendly
the bedroom and the breakfast the bathroom
Convenient Stay marred by the fact we booked a non smoking room but were placed in a smoking room which was foul.
The first night for unknown reasons we were put in an accessible room. The bed was very narrow and bath was for wheelchair bound or very short people. On complaining the next day, the desk person was unaware that the bed in that room was smaller than the other rooms (the supervisor informed her) we were moved to a more comfortable room however the pillows were like concrete blocks.
I liked the ease of access to and from the hotel to the A1, the restaurant was clean and tidy and the staff helpfull
Suited my requirements Being told it would be halr an hour before we could have breafast. Fire alarms going off around 4 in the morning due to drunken louts during checkout girl on reception seemed more interested on a group of young men standing around reception
As I am a retired Quality Assurance Assessor who worked for VisitScotland, I am well aware of requirements and accommodation standards. However what stood out for us was the professional and friendly approach by all the Staff from Restaurant, Reception and in particular the cleaning Staff who always acknowledge us with a cheery smile and a greeting. Probably the cost of Breakfasts. It was not immediately clear to us that a cheaper option was available - i.e. a continental style breakfast. I appreciate that the buffet breakfast style makes this difficult to administer and relies entirely on the honesty of the guests.
Beautiful location Could do with something like a Brasserie, I.E. between Restaurant and Keepers Lodge.
nice setting and good lesiure facilities
Luxurious room, lots of space and extremely comfortable Nothing to dislike
Very good health & beauty treatments, rooms and food excellent. A real treat for a relaxing weekend. Nil dislikes
We stayed for just one night on our way to the Port of Tyne; the hotel provided everything we needed; we would stay there again.
The hotel is set in a beautiful situation with a great golf course. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the dining room is very grand.Staff are very friendly and helpful Food served in room service was pub type and not very elegant, big chunks of everything.
It was nice and quiet and the leisure facilities were just what my wife wanted after the Great North Run. Nice to walk into Matfen Village which is just through the adjacent church yard. Only a minor thing but we couldn't get a table in the evening for dinner in the hotel. Fully booked. maybe we should have booked or they may have had a wedding on which used the dinning room. Not really a major problem as we went to the Keeper's Lodge (part of the hotel) for a nice meal.
I booked a twin room and was given a double room during my stay and they were unable to change it.
Staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. Couldn't get shower to run hot and toilet lid was broken.
The fact it is away from the city, relaxation seems to come easier. Business trip so nice to get away for a bit Nothing
Reasonable sized room and very friendly staff Restaurant closed earlier than advertised (at 9 instead of 10) so we missed dinner there
The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.Hotel was basic but clean and very well heated despite the extremely bad weather.Hotel tapas bar great food and good value for money Breakfast finished a little bit to early at nine am.Nine thirty is more appropiate for people on holiday especially in an northern England winter.
The downstairs of the hotel has a warm evening atmosphere and a fun design. The staff are friendly and it is near the river and beautiful bridges. Make sure you ask for one of the new rooms as we were faced with a very small, cold, shabby room and a fold out sofa bed for the same price as the larger, updated rooms with four poster beds! Be sure to check your booking with them twice before arrival as we checked only once and were not put on the booking list.
good bedroom, comfy bed, very friendly staff, great breakfast, location of hotel.
Reasonably central to town, good location with regard to other restaurants. The quality of the room was poor, the bed sloped (felt like you where going to fall out), the bathroom smelt (problem with drains venting in), there was no controller for TV (meant using button which difficult since TV six feet in the air), there was little or no parking (had to park on street), etc.
Nothing We reserved a family room (double and a single). First room they tried to give us was 2 twins in a room without a door knob. Stains on the bed covers and an overall stink. After complaining to the owner they gave us a double with a twin all scrunched into a small room on the 4th floor (no lift).Mind you they said that all the rooms were booked and everyone checked in which was obviously a bald faced lie.
Many good points. a friendly welcome, helpful staff, a comfortable bed and the bar was open till late! Only one. The temperature of the shower in my room barely reached tepid. as this was only one night it mattered little to me but worth checking out
Staff friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed. No toilet roll holder. No bath mat and water tended to go onto floor when showering. It ended up in a pool by the bathroom door.
The rooms were replenished daily and clened for when i returned and the food for breakfast was spot on. Steve on the bar was very approachable with a smile on his face at all times and when time allowed was willing to have a chat. The two ladies who did Breakfast were also excellent and very friendly and could not do enough for me. So thanks to them. At night time during the week i came down every night to eat but with me not being a great fan of tapas i ate the from the specials board. Unfortunately the special was the same all week and i would of liked a touch of variety. Due to this i went somewhere else for dinner when because of the nature of my visit (business) i would of preferred to stay there as i had lots of studying to do in my room. It would not put me off however as the positives far outweighed the negatives. Keep up the good work i think your on to a winner yours sincerely Graham Macdonald.
meal when I went there.that is no heat conditionor during I stay. I feel disappointed with that.
the personnel was really friendly and cooperative. The hotel offered wireless internet, but that did not work. Also, it offered tv, but most channels did not work properly.
