I left my glasses at hotel. Staff was very kind to let me know they found them. They sent them to me by UPS immediately. Very kind and efficient staff.

Hotel was close to lots or restaurants and shopping centers. The evening staff was horrible. We asked for shampoo and conditioner. Was given shampoo and told no to conditioner. When asked for a knife, she huffed at my son. Housekeeping left our door standing open after they cleaned. (You had to pull our door shut, it didn't slam like most do). It was open all day until we returned that evening.
Pros (+) Clean and new rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast !

Pros (+) The staff was very pleasant, and very helpfull. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good. The location was great close to shopping area and walking distance from restsurants.
Pros (+) We loved everything about this hotel. Clean rooms, warm pool, comfortable beds and great staff. Breakfast was good and we really liked the togo bags for travelers. This is the only hotel that I have been at that gives their travelers a water, apple, muffin, and snacks for your trip.
Cons (-) That we did not stay longer.
