All was excellent with the service and car. Only slight negative was that there was hardly any screen wash in the tank, ended up topping up with tap water to see us through.

Initial check on car was incomplete and did not record interior damage for which I am being charged. Shuttle at Antalya did not know correct terminal for airlines resulting in a taxi between terminals and added stress.

Their team was very nice. Even helped us get to the airport knowing the shuttle was it going to be there in time. They are just by the long term parking in Antalya.

The staff there know very little English. We booked 2 cars in advanced for a group of us to split into 2 cars, and the canceled one reservation the same day we had to pick up the second car because I booked them under one name. The plan was to get another driver for the second car (my husband) but they just decided to cancel our second car. We ended up paying much more money, to get another car from Enterprise!

Compact

Car was fine and affordable. System was not very professional, and pick up/drop off took a very long time and not located at airports themselves. Communication was not proactive. Plan at least an hour on each end to pick up/drop off.
