Cons (-) I'm pretty sure the carpet was just draped over floor boards, with no actual floor in places. It worked for what I needed. I ordered a queen size, but it was more like a full size.

Pros (+) Excellent location and value for money; located in pretty part of downtown, walking distance to UCD, restaurants, central park,. Good value for money. Rooms are quiet and comfortable.
Cons (-) House keeping member of staff were unprofessional and not caring to their clients when asked for help.
Pros (+) The location is excellent, in walking distance to downtown Davis and UC Davis. The alarm clock has USB charger outlets.
Cons (-) The AC was kind of noisy. Even when mine was off, the AC of the neighbors was buzzing pretty badly. I had to sleep with earplugs, but admittedly I am a bit sensitive to noise. I was in room 205, so that may matter too.
