Summary of reviews
Guests say
The majority of guests had a negative experience at this hotel, with frequent complaints about poor cleanliness, including dirty rooms, presence of roaches and bugs, unpleasant odors, and unclean linens. Many reviewers also described unprofessional or rude service from staff, with issues ranging from unhelpful check-in procedures to missing items and lack of proper management. Safety was another major concern, as several guests mentioned feeling unsafe due to the presence of loiterers, homeless individuals, and general disorder on the property. While a few reviews noted good location and occasional positive staff interactions, the overwhelming sentiment is dissatisfaction with the hotel's overall condition and management.AI-generated from customer reviews
