Our room wash freshly remodeled. Simple, but all clean and new. Liked the shower and bathroom. Could have used heavier comforter on the bed.

No airport shuttle provided even though it was advertised in the booking. They said shuttle was shared with other hotels and there was not enough space.

Bed bugs!!! We stayed on second floor and woke in the middle of the night to bites and welts ALL over our bodies! We couldn’t find the bugs per usual with this situation as they hide. The manager handled the situation more poorly than I could ever imagine. It was pretty horrible. I’ll NEVER stay here again.

Cons (-) Patrons trying to check and/or get breakfast looked for an hour, but no one ever came to the desk. ..no breakfast served, no room deposits returned, room keys just laid across the checkin counter.

Pros (+) The room was clean, shuttle service to the airport was efficient (and ran starting early, which was important for us), and continental breakfast was provided (4am-9am).
Cons (-) The room smelled strongly of Lysol when we first got in (solved by opening the window). It was also quite hot at night (conveniently also solved by opening the window). They were having some computer problems when we checked in, which slowed the process slightly but was not a serious issue.
