On check-in, we found cleaning rags left in the room and the room safe was locked so we could not use it. The biggest issue was there was no heat in the room. The hotel itself was beautiful. The room was well worth the price I was charged for the space that I was given. What bothered me was the air conditioner in my room was not properly draining, and therefore the water was spilling all over the floor and the room. Cons (-) Forced valet that did not park vehicle in a covered garage but rather on a side street during a snow storm for a $25/night charge. I was told all about the city selling parking lot to private investor who is building a parking garage but that is not my problem.
