Even though I'd reserved a car a couple months in advance and already paid, they didn't have any cars available when I went to pick it up. We ended up using Uber all weekend because it was 2.5x as expensive to rent a car from another agency day of as what I'd originally spent.Reviewed 19 Jan 2026

When I booked I ordered an all wheel drive, the rental collection desk tried to change to a rear wheel drive, but the big issue was they changed my drop off time from 6pm to 5pm even though I never asked them to, I dropped the car off at 5:10pm, only to be billed an extra $50.Reviewed 12 Jan 2026

I never got to rent the car I drove 1 hour and half to get to the airport where I was then told I had to have a credit card which when i made the reservation yall let me use a debit and didn't inform me I had to have full coverage and on top of all that the employees were really rude about it embarrassed me and you put my money o.
