Pros:DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, They were not there, they did not have any cars, left stranded at the airport ( two other people as well) and now I am fighting to get my money back. Poor service, poor site ! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, call a company directly. I can't get my money back for a car I didn't get.Cons:If I will not rent from your site and call the car company directly!Reviewed 13 May 2021

Cons:I showed up. No one was at the kiosk. The sign said go to the Hertz counter. He told me Dollar didn't have a car for me, even though I had a reservation. I couldn't get anyone on the phone to refund my money. I had to call my credit card company to refund it. Dollar was a disaster.Reviewed 20 Nov 2020

Good to ExcellentPros:The vehicle, rate and free mileage was the magic combination for us! No way we could have gotten anything that had the required room for the cost!!Cons:The vehicle interior should have been thoroughly cleaned. When we folded down seats for storage, a ton of Fruit Loops and other food items hit the floor, including drink stains on the carpet. We made sure we took care of the cereal before returning it though. Our pick up and drop off location was the local airport, so Dollar shared a desk with Hertz. The shared location and the business of an airport makes the counter experience less than "excellent", but the rate to pick up at the airport is much cheaper. So, it all evens out.Reviewed 29 Aug 2017

they will rip you off and will take your money anyCons:i initially booked for 5 weeks and when i wanted to extend for 1 day, they wanted to charge me 100+ for a single day.
