Never again will I rent a car from Dollar. I reserved a compact car months early and they talked my husband into an “upgrade” without the charge because they didn’t have the car I reserved. The lady at the counter said the compact would be too small any way but turned out the truck was such an awful choice. We rented it to drive in Oregon. IT RAINS IN OREGON! So we had to keep all our luggage in the back seat along with my daughter who was crammed the entire time.Reviewed 16 Oct 2024

Although I confirmed ahead of my reservation time, and attempted to use the online checkin and pickup, I arrived to find a long line, one employee at the desk, and learned there was no inventory at the airport location.
