I paid for a Ford Transit van or similar through Kayak, and at pickup was told that type of van would not be available to me. A Kia carnival was the largest van I was told in the category that I ordered. Clearly there is an issue in communication and transparency between the reservation process through Kayak and what Dollar claims is ordered.
