Cons:The sales representative was very misleading and continuously trying to up sell products . After we received our final invoice via email, there was a $67 charge for adding an extra driver . We were never informed about this charge . The representative simply said , maybe you should have your wife’s drivers license on file in case she wants to drive . We agreed and provided it not knowing there was a charge.Reviewed 19 Feb 2019

Great Customer Service - affordable pricesPros:Picking up the car was a great experience! Rachel was very accommodating even though I booked the car for the incorrect time. She was able to get me a car quickly, and kept the same price as I had originally booked even though it was a different car. Drop off was easy and the shuttle was quick and efficient both there and back. I would definitely use this company again!Cons:The car was a little on the smelly side, but otherwise everything was great.Reviewed 12 Jun 2017

It was so EZPros:Only needed a car for a few hours and got an upgrade. Wasn't a free upgrade but the pricing was reasonable for a convertible to zip around in the Florida sun for a few hours. Would definitely recommend. Shuttle runs every 15-20 mins to RSW.Reviewed 17 Apr 2017

Great value, but not without a few issuesPros:The vehicle was nice and almost half the price of other car rental companies we looked at.Cons:We waited a long time for the shuttle to arrive.
