The initial agent assigned the wrong class of car. Once discovered I found another agent who corrected the error. The vehicle was not fully cleaned some slight debris was left in the interior.Reviewed 31 Mar 2026

Had to wait on a line for 90 minutes at RSW to get the car.Reviewed 28 Mar 2026

Pickup lines at RSW are 1 to 1.5 hours; minivan itself had very loud passenger door squeak when opening/closing (like it previously had cheap bodywork). Return at RSW was so full I had to leave minivan in a parked "traffic jam" just outside the rental garage, because nobody was moving the cars forwards or directing us to alternate area.Reviewed 25 Mar 2026

Pick up was terrible. Had to wait in line for over an hour. Unacceptable. I am sure you are aware of this which makes it that much worse. Otherwise the car was fine, drop off was fine, check in after that wait was fine.Reviewed 16 Feb 2026

2 hour wait at Ft. Myers. We waited on the Avis line longer than our flight. The vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke. Our agent at Ft. Myers was very pleasant and respectful and delightful.Reviewed 31 Dec 2023
