Couldn't fault the room really. Big, clean and comfortable.
Telly was too small to watch, and bed was a bit uncomfy - but not really a complaint, just an observation. For the money I didn't expect luxury
One of the few city centre hotels still open during lockdown providing rooms for key workers. Friendly reception staff and immaculately clean room. Hotel is within walking distance of Waverley station
Property is very dated and tired but so are most Britannia Hotels unfortunately. Can’t complain at the price though for city centre accommodation
Staff were friendly
Not a very nice view from my room
Bed was rock hard, bathroom smelt, probably damp due to no extraction.
Room was good size regarding price.
floor in the room and bathroom was dirty. Window need cleaning as you can see handprint and dust on it. Toilet was dirty arround the edges.
