Stay was fine, would be great if you were staying there for the rugby.
Bar area was nice and the room was quite comfortable.
The waiter that was on duty was very rude, he really only wanted deal with anyone that was American! I ordered a full Scottish breakfast and wasn't told that they had no bacon, what I did get was nice but would have been nicer with the bacon.
It was central
The heating wasn't working and the duvet was very thin, didn't keep us warm at all. We also where not told about breakfast, and missed out on it. atfer it being included in the price i feel the receptionist shoud have told us on arrival when breakfast times where.
Opposite rugby stadium and good bus routes into town centre. Very comfortable and roomy. A real plus to have somewhere with parking in Edinburgh.
Room was not heated when we arrived, but we were given an extra heater
Breakfast was excellent
Parking faclity may be improved
Food, drinks, staff, location, bus routes, near airport. Staff moved mr from lodge at my request
The lodge, the room was cold, the ads didnt say lodge was down the road
Location was on bus route and the breakfast was good
All staff members were extremely curtious and helpful. The breakfast was very good each morning. They provided a good selection of food. The in-house bar was very good. Good selection of beers, ales and other beverages. The location (on the A8) to the city centre was very convenient. The hotel was one block from the bus stop.
The staff and the pub!! Cheers!!
No not really!
Friendliness of the staff
No bath in the room, and i could not open the windows.
