The bed is amazing. The staff were great. Room was clean. Great hospitality suites.
I was in town for a conference at the Edmonton Convention Center. There is a pathable walkway under ground so you don't even need to go outside.. BUT google maps doesn't have proper guidance and I got a little lost the first day. The staff could only sort of tell me how to get there - a map from the hotel would have been handy or better yet the hotel could work on thier digital listings and path it out for guests. This is my biggest complaint: If you have allergies or are sensitive to scents, DO NOT STAY HERE. I was unaware that this brand of hotels likes to pump out thier signature scent into the air, through the entire hotel. My allergies flared up and I was reliant on my medication the entire time I was in Edmonton (it seeps into everything). I got hives on my skin and had a hard time breathing correctly (hence the medication). I understand the concept of igniting all the senses- but the overwhelming perfume was just to much. Because of this I won't ever stay at a Westin again (as I was told this is thier thing). Unfortunate because everything else was great.
Check in was effucient - good staff - room was very clean. Excellent beds.
Very nice place to stay.

rooms were spacious, beds extremely comfortable. there is complimentary starbucks coffee in the room as well as the lobby in the morning.
mini bar fridge is meant to be used to keep things at room temperature rather than to cool things down. in order to get a refrigerator, one had to be requested from housekeeping and they were all out of them when we stayed here.
