Cons:When I picked up my car, I was offered insurance for the vehicle. Usually I get it, but this time it was ridiculously high! Over $40 per day...which was twice as much as the highest rate I'd paid in the past.Reviewed 31 Oct 2020

Pros:The airport at AVL is small and nice.Cons:I understand about the headache Covid-19 has created for all of us. Unfortunately when we got there, they had a Very small sign blocked by a pillar telling folks to merge with all the passengers at the National counter. Well we stood in line for no reason because we had to be at the National line and not the Enterprise line. Then the lady at the counter was nice but appeared she had no clue who we were and why we were there. Anyway, make the signs more obvious or placing them At a better location would help...Reviewed 30 Jun 2020

Cons:They tripled the rate. It was 28 when I rented online. They raised to 51 when I picked it up. I dropped keys in box as there was no one at kiosk when we dropped car off. They charged 150. I called and they dropped to 100. They said we dropped off at 4. It was 12 15. No one checked box till 4. Scammers. Usually its smooth and reasonable.Reviewed 11 May 2020

Pros:Pick up and drop off very easy and quick...it was a small airport so it should have been relatively easy!Cons:Kind of misleading pricing...looked like a great deal until you got to the airport, they added all kinds of fees that made the price less desirable, also got locked into the rate by the sponsoring airline when trying to change reservation only gave a voucher for their airline...a total rip off!Reviewed 23 Sept 2019
