Pros:When I went to pick up my reserved rental it wasn't there cause others were late returning theirs... so they did everything they could as quickly as possible to get me a vehicle of the size I needed... and very friendly staff!!!!!Cons:The 800 number I had said that I couldn't drop off the vehicle a day early cause it was closed. So the next day when I went to drop it off the person there said I could have and showed me the drop box... because of this I had no one to take me back home that day which was an hour drive away and had to start walking in the rain back home... thankfully a nice person gave me a ride even though I was soaking wet from walkingReviewed 13 Sept 2020

Pros:The staff was always excellent -- friendly and professional.Cons:The car had a used straw on the floor and a dried splatter of something in the back of the front passenger headrest. So in this time of Covid I had to clean it thoroughly myself. I had a flat on the way to my destination which led to a 3 hour delay and I missed my flight. Although tow charges were forgiven, I was charged an extra day for keeping the car since I had opted out of roadside service. My only issue is that I wasn't given my options as the decision changed from bringing me a car to being towed 2 hours later than expected.
