We waited in line for over an hour... there was 1 customer service agent and about 30 people in line. We reserved an intermediate SUV but were given a compact SUV, then told the compact SUV was in the same category as the intermediate. The reason I reserved the intermediate SUV is because I need a blindspot indicator and that is something that has always come standard with an intermediate SUV. The compact SUV category does not have this. Anyway, I tried to get a different car and they refused. The customer service agents were unhelpful. I called Avis, who acquired Budget and they basically told me to get lost over the phone. It was a disappointing experience to say the least so I won't be renting from Budget/Avis again if I can help it.Reviewed 13 May 2026

Went through 4 different cars before I was able to leave with my customers. One was filled with smoke, one looked like it’s had gone through crash test, one I drove off with and had to turn around because it had a flat time and the last one worked and was filthy but I had to get to a meeting and my customers where standing on the heat while I moved cars.Reviewed 18 Aug 2025

The car was fantastic and the service is even better, I wasn’t waiting for a long time and the reservation was on very short notice! I would certainly use the service again in the near future.Reviewed 4 Jul 2025

The car I got had a wheel/bearing issue making constant noise, when I called about it they said I was outside my return window and that if anything happened to call emergency roadside... The tire felt and sounded like it was rubbing and grinding and I was worried they would think I caused it...Reviewed 5 Jun 2025
