Much Better This TimePros:On line reservation easy, price was OK. The overall staff were very friendly and helpful. The car was clean and what I had reserved.Cons:I had to drive to the airport to pick up the car instead of a oneway rental as I have done in the past. This time they were charging a $75 drop off fee which was something new. Rental went from forty something dollars to over one hundred and twenty plus!!!Reviewed 19 Dec 2018

Seamless pickup/drop offPros:The process was simple and they even accommodated a last minute change in drop off location.Cons:The price using Kayak was several hundred dollars less which was great, but it bothers me that some people would have paid the Enterprise going rate. Pros:I liked the ease of the pick up and drop off process. I had a good rate for my rental, but there are always a lot of fees. The vehicle was very comfortable and it had all of the "bells and whistles". We all enjoyed the ride.Cons:The only thing was that the 2nd row flooded had been smeared with ketchup and we had to clean it up, before we could get on the road.Reviewed 27 Aug 2018

Poor customer service after rentalCons:Airbag sensor light came on, then a flashing text box on main instrument panel, "service airbag". No problem, these things happen. I figured it would be easy to do an exchange. We had rented the car on a one way rental, from Columbia, SC to Richmond, VA, a distance of some 400 miles, so I called the 800#, and got a voicemail. Then I called the local# (at the airport, where we picked car up), and got a voicemail. Left messages at both. Then I called two local rental locations, explained the problem and requested a vehicle exchange. Both locations told me they had nothing comparable in stock (one had a subcompact, the other a 15 passenger van; the vehicle we had rented was full size sedan). Both said they would call me back when a return came in; got no return call from either. On the last day of our four day trip, when we had already driven to Richmond, VA, received a call from Airport location, asking if I wanted to speak with the manager. Day (2 actually) late, dollar short.Reviewed 16 Oct 2017
