Paid for insurance and enterprise didn’t accept any 3rd party insurance so i had to spend an hour and 3 different phone calls to get my money back. car also wasn’t ready for the reservation i had to wait 45 minutes.Reviewed 24 Sept 2023

Pros:Ease, price, speed of pickup and drop off, service, all good quality experience.Cons:The car had issues connecting to Bluetooth and has aux and cd player so is a bit outdated but overall experience was great.Reviewed 3 Nov 2020

Pros:Staff was not very attentive.Cons:Lines were out of order and confusing. I was pulled from the line to use kiosk. Kiosk was not working properly so after a while I was ushered back to the end of the line I had already waited in. Awful customer servicePros:The car was fine and it was clean. The people at the second location were helpfulCons:We had booked our car 3 months in advance. When we arrived at the rental site there was no one there. We arrived at 2:30 pm and there was piece of paper on the window that was hard to ready and had a phone number to call. When we called it was another location 10 min away. When we called they really had no idea what was going on but had heard there was no one at the location we were at all day. They told us if we could find a way to get to them they might be able to help us but weren’t sure. So we called an Uber and packed all our bags and my 1 year old in and headed to that location. When we got there they said they didn’t know what was going on but we’re able to give us a car and would credit us the money for the uber we took. After leaving we called the customer service line and were told that we would get a phone call from a manager and it is now a week later and we have not heard anything. When we returned the car they removed the credit for the uber from the final bill and didn’t know how the happened. When I pointed it out the apologized and said they would credit us for one full day of rental. When they printed the recipet it was for the full price again. It seemed like a hopeless cause and we will not be renting from them againReviewed 29 Dec 2018

The rental location was "near" lax instead of at laxCons:Although I put in kayak that I wanted to rent a car from LAX, the location was near LAX. As a result, when I went to pick up the car from the LAX rental location, I was informed that the location was incorrect and was charged extra. I tried to reason with them about not being from the area and having no clue that when I put in LAX as the rental location, I would be directed to a different location. I was very disappointed, this felt like I was tricked by either Enterprise or Kayak into paying more than I was quoted.Reviewed 12 Apr 2017

Pros:Flight got delayed. Close at 6:00pm. Couldn't pick up car till next day, one day lost!! Couldn't help with arrangements, couldn't stay open for 30 minutes until we got there!Reviewed 10 Jan 2017
