Pros:Pick up and drop off locations were different. Both staffs were excellent - friendly and offering to help with bags and even a ride home at the drop off location.Cons:Car specific instructions would help, especially when there is something unique (I was unfamiliar with the radio in the car. There was no tuning dial so I couldn't change channel easily. Other useful car specific tips: how to turn on headlights and wipers, how to open gas latch )Reviewed 3 Aug 2019

Pros:I reserved a mini van online after our flight was canceled and we decided to drive from FL to PA. When we arrived, they didn’t have anything that could fit 6 of us. Why did I get a confirmation from Enterprise if there was no car, leaving us stranded. ;(Cons:Everything.Reviewed 2 Jul 2019

Good experiencePros:The pick-up process was quick and easy and the rep made sure that we were informed about everything before we left the garage. The car was clean with no odors and exactly what I asked for. I was able to drop off at another location and they took care of the rest.Cons:Being so close to the airport and port, I was disappointed that they did not offer any kind of shuttle service.Reviewed 10 Jul 2017

Cons:I had indicated MCO the Orlando Airport as the destination. The agreement had an Orlando address so I thought that it was the airport. The website reservation did not clearly, if at all indicate that I was to return the car to a hotel destination.Reviewed 24 Apr 2017

High TaxesPros:Upwards of 30%. I have rented off the airport and the taxes were 7%. For Enterprise this amounts to a $13 cab ride twice. So if you are not using very many days it may not be worth going off site.Cons:High taxes.Reviewed 20 Apr 2017

Cancelled, but they still charged meCons:Greetings. I cancelled this reservation more than 24 hours in advance and received a cancellation confirmation, yet they still charged me $30 for not showing up to claim the car. I have since called, spoken with someone, forwarded the cancellation notice, and called several more times, but they have yet to refund my $30. They will, because I'm going to continue to pursue this. And I'm never going to use Enterprise again.Reviewed 4 Apr 2017
