MisleadingPros:Enterprise is great to work with.Cons:Kayak ripped me off $57 on a 2 day rental because when I booked my rental online it asked if you wanted insurance coverage. Of course I want insurance to cover damage to the car, but that is not how it works. If you buy the insurance from Kayak and you get in an accident, then Enterprise goes after your personal insurance then you have to recoup the costs from Kayak. Enterprise does not honor Kayaks online insurance. So I paid for insurance twice to cover my 2 day rental. Ridiculous!!Reviewed 25 Oct 2016

Picking upPros:I appreciated that you had cars available on short notice. I really appreciated the drop of service too.Cons:When I picked up my car the guy left me out in the parking lot while he flirted with a female customer. I was within ear shot and he was offering her free upgrade and was being very unprofessional. He offered me an upgrade at a cost. I asked why the ladies was free and he wouldn't comment.Reviewed 4 Oct 2016
