Beware of prepaying for gasPros:Friendly staff, relatively quick service.Cons:I prepaid for a tank of gas and was told that I'd get the difference back at dropoff, but instead I was billed the full amount and was told that the transaction couldn't be modified.Reviewed 26 Feb 2017

Read the fine printPros:Our car was clean and was a great price.Cons:They've recently changed their policy so you cannot secure your vehicle with a credit card and pay cash. Several people in front of us in line had the same issue. The employee working the counter was extremely rude about the change. In his defense, I'm sure he was probably getting yelled at often; but he was extremely unprofessional. As he told me several times, I should have read the fine print, so I'm passing that advice into you now.Reviewed 15 Feb 2017
