The team in Memphis lost my reservation, even after confirming my pick-up time a few days prior. In the end I just rented a similar vehicle but the cost was over $100 higher. When I dropped the vehicle off a week later, your employee Gray asked how my rental was and I told him about the issue. He immediately found my original reservation and billed me the original amount.
