Horrible Customer service at pickup. Tried to put me in car two classes below ordered without saying anything. Assistant manager took certain glee in this. Not offering any other of the limited options. Wouldn’t have minded paying the delta and ultimately did so only to be placed in car with smell that permeated all clothing.
