The email confirmation took me to an old address which is now a hertz. Thankfully a hertz worker was there while they were closed to directed me to the correct address almost a mile away. I had to walk there in unideal weather. Then the car I reserved was not available. I was also charged for a car seat which I did not use and was not provided to me.Reviewed 12 Feb 2025

Air pressure in 1 tire was low. I had to stand out in the cold, pouring rain to fill it up. That is, after searching and searching for a gas station with a working air punp. The pressure in that tire is low again, so I'm guessing it may have a slow leak. Also, the gas tank was not full at pickup (it was at around 1/4 of a tank). I forgot about this and filled it up. Some of that gas has been used, but still I'll be bringing it back with more gas than was in it at pickup, so that money down the drain for me.Reviewed 10 Feb 2025

Terrible experience! The employee was unclear, did not offer a car options until we came back twice, the Kayak site listed several cars not available, the car was new and had problems like steering and windows, and I've been charges over $100 more than expected and will be disputing the charge! Will never use Enterprise again and will tell all business colleagues to stay away from this company.Reviewed 6 Feb 2025
