Pros (+) Complimentary glass of wine upon check in, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious breakfast included. Comfortable room, spacious bed, and Jacuzzi bath tub in the room.
Cons (-) Only downside was it is close to a train station and the train horn can be heard throughout the night

Pros (+) Quiet place close to downtown. Easy walking distance to restaurants and theater. I loved my room and wished that I could have stayed longer. Will stay again the next time I'm in Eugene.

Pros (+) Very close to downtown restaurants and the staff are very knowledgeable. Clean, cozy and a glass of wine in the evening. What more could I ask for. I plan to return.
Cons (-) The bed was a bit high off the ground and the step ladder only on one side of the bed. I moved the night light to the bathroom to remind myself not to fall off the bed!

Pros (+) Beautiful historic property in great locaton! Excellent service and very comfortable. Included a glass of wine at arrival to sip on whIle enjoying the lush lawn and landscaping. Also came with a full-service breakfast. Woder full value!
Cons (-) We couldn't stay longer was the only downside!

Cons (-) I was not expecting our room to be in a basement. It was comfortable and there were windows but the bathtub would not drain properly.

Pros (+) We received an exceptional deal while searching for last minute accommodations through Priceline via Kayak. The Campbell Inn was as described as a majestic ole home on the edge of downtown Eugene. Courteous staff, great breakfast and other nice touches made a quick night's stay a more enjoyable evening than we planned! We'll come back when we're in town and will recommend it to friends.

Pros (+) I booked this B&B last minute instead of a major chain. My room was small but very comfortable and the bed was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the grounds were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back!
