Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Many appreciated the historic charm and unique atmosphere of the property. However, reviews were mixed regarding service and cleanliness, with some guests noting friendly staff and clean rooms, while others experienced maintenance issues and sporadic service. Noise was a significant concern for several guests, especially due to music and street sounds at night. Room size received some positive mentions, particularly for spacious suites. Overall, the location and character of the hotel stood out as highlights, but improvements in noise control, maintenance, and service consistency could enhance the guest experience.
