My appointment was scheduled for 10pm. I showed up around 10:20 PM, because my husband’s checked bag was on the plane after us. I assumed this wouldn’t be an issue, since normally the process of renting a car takes some time. When I showed up, I was told that the staff left at 10pm. They didn’t bother calling us to tell us. Apparently, they ONLY call you if you include your flight number on the reservation. When I showed up the next morning to get the car, mind you the entire reservation was paid for in advance, I was told the car was given away. I then had to pay an extra $400 for a different car.
