We didn't crash. The flight wasn't full so there was room for all the cabin bags. Flight crew were nice.

Flight left late. Landing was harsh. Seats were uncomfortable.

When I walked onto the plane, I found a fellow passenger peacefully sipping her airport-bought brew with no sign of reprimand from the Ryanair staff. We missed our flight due to a customer service line that had about 20 people there right from the start. Afterwards, the crew didn't do as much as lift a finger to help us find another flight. We had to pay an extra $850 for a one way ticket on top of what we already paid. I understand things happen and people miss flights but the fact they had no intention on dealing with our dilemma especially after their customer service team kept us there 45 min to start with makes me not want to do business with them ever again. Save yourself a hassle and do business elsewhere.

We purchased the EasyJet Plus seats (an add on). Lets you board early to stow carry on bag and simply made it an easier trip. Much like mileage plus advantages. Staff were excellent, all of them, gate attendants, flight crew. Will fly EasyJet again.

Paying for coke and coffee. Silly business, we chose not too. I expect to pay for alcohol bevs, not for water, coke, tea, coffee, etc.

I really do t have much to complain , if you have a boarding pass before your good to go just one thing when I was trying to do my check in I couldn't make it happen I even did live chat, and got caught salonschmitz.com/salonoff, and then I called customer service and they couldn't help me either. So I tried entering through check in with my credit card, I stead iof flight number and that worked! Woo hop no extra charge at the airport

The staff was reasonably pleasant

The flight was four hours late. There were no announcements so passengers waited in a cold, damp terminal area where there was active construction. The peopeller plane was noisy and there was no storage. They had to check my small bag and then left it on the wet tarmac where my clothes were stained. FLybe is notoriously bad. They certainly lived up to their reputation

The crew and the pilot were exceptionally kind and accommodating- I got to see the inside of a cockpit!

A 1 1/2hr delay with no explanation (in fact, the check in agent told me there was a 20m delay when she obviously knew very well it would be an hour+ since the plane left Gatwick an hour+ behind schedule). Then being herded like cows onto the plane only to discover we'd have to wait another 1 1/2 hrs on the tarmac so that if we could get an earlier departure time we could take it and EasyJet wouldn't have to refund our tickets for wasting 4hrs of our lives.

I got to the airport at 445 for a 605 flight. They closed the gate at 5:15. I had to buy another flight for 800 dollars. Don't ever fly with them. It's not worth the cheap price tag.

We purchased the EasyJet Plus seats (an add on). Lets you board early to stow carry on bag and simply made it an easier trip. Much like mileage plus advantages. Staff were excellent, all of them, gate attendants, flight crew. Will fly EasyJet again.

Paying for coke and coffee. Silly business, we chose not too. I expect to pay for alcohol bevs, not for water, coke, tea, coffee, etc.

Lots of interEuropean routes.

Online check-in is mandatory but unless I'd checked online I would not have known and been charged £50 at the airport counter during bag drop. This is an unethical cash machine for Ryanair that penalises travellers who might not be computer literate or online - a big brand turnoff.

Staff was rude and unwilling to even talk respectfully. All they wanted us to do was pay $$ for boarding passes we never got a chance to print.

They could have explicitly told us that they require almost $15 to doubt boarding pass for each passenger if you didn't arrive at airport with one. A warning would have been welcome

Once I got my boarding pass all. Was good, we even arrived earlier than scheduled

I really do t have much to complain , if you have a boarding pass before your good to go just one thing when I was trying to do my check in I couldn't make it happen I even did live chat, and got caught salonschmitz.com/salonoff, and then I called customer service and they couldn't help me either. So I tried entering through check in with my credit card, I stead iof flight number and that worked! Woo hop no extra charge at the airport
