Well they are a scam. They charged us 88 dollars for an insurance that covered the 90%, he did something small to the car and made us to pay the full price. They also tricked us to pay it there instead to reducing the money from the deposit saying that it would help us to get the money back from the insurance, and then we discovered it was a lie 🙂!Reviewed 20 Jan 2026

The staff at the rental office in Rome were great. As was the person in the garage. The fact that the car smelled of tobaco and that there was a half smoked joint on the ground at the passenger side bothered me though. I tried for 2 days to reserve on their site, it kept coming up with a message my bank was rejecting the transaction. Called my bank, they said no merchant was trying to debit my account.
