Pros: The hotel suites were spacious, able to comfortably sleep 8 people. The price is very affordable. The breakfasts and the evening dinner receptions were decent. One could make a dinner out of the heavy appetizers served at the evening reception. Taking all of this into consideration, this is a great buy.

Pros: Friendly staff, great nights sleep, updated bedding, quiet room, nice antique furniture, paintings. Restaurant with an excellent reputation located on the first floor
Cons: Didn't get to eat at the restaurant because one my one night's stay- it wasn't opened on Sunday. Plenty of other options nearby...so not really a problem

Pros: charming

Pros: Clean and friendly and comfy
Cons: No
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Well appointed rooms do not make up for acoustical problems. When asked upon checking out how our stay was, we explained we didn't get much sleep due to noisy room. Desk clerk said nothing, just walked away without saying anything. Terribly rude.
Cons: Walls were acoustically porous! We clearly heard TV in one adjacent room until 11:30 PM and again starting at 5:30 AM. Opposite adjacent room listened to man snoring all night. When using bathroom, it sounded like adjacent guests were showering with us.
5.0 OK
Pros: Pleasant lobby and restaurant areas. Nice fireplace and comfortable sitting areas. Snacks and beverages in the lobby. Looks nice from outside. Close parking.
Cons: Yes - overpriced for condition of room and overall condition of hotel. Room was very worn and needs serious updating - especially the bathroom. Verged on disgusting. Peeling wallpaper, yellow stain on floor around toilet, grout in shower tiles.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Inn is a lovely place to stay. we enjoyed the indoor pool and chose the Inn over the 1820 B&B because the pool was there. It was lively as there was a wedding Friday. If you like hiking, kayaking, sightseeing it is all nearby.
Cons: the continental breakfast is very limited. All the cereals were sugar coated. The mattresses need replacement. We had a handicap room and the bar in the bath tub is below the soap dish!!!The bath chair they provided when we called was useless.
7.0 Good
Pros: the beds were very comfortable
Cons: I liked everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly, coffee delicious, pool and spa nice too!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location/historic feel/really nice front desk gentleman. Also-we found out you are dog friendly-good for you!!! Wish more hotels were.
Cons: The walls are thin. You could hear everything from room to room and in the hallways. Also-just like in many, many hotels- when someone closes their door- it is very loud. Too bad someone hasn't come up with a way to silence doors when they close.

4.5 OK
Cons: Average
7.4 Good
Pros: The staff was great and facilities were clean and comfortable
Cons: Online advertisement made the hotel look like it had a great restaurant, but it was more like a fast food type environment with a small buffet type setup with very limited hours and no lunch served. This facility is geared more towards business functions and not family. My wife and I will definitely not be back here again for that very reason.
7.1 Good
Pros: convenient location for my out of town relatives to stay for a family event
Cons: A relative reported that the toilet in their room is clogged late at night. No staff came to resolve it, and instead, the staff, named Mehna, who was supposed to take care of it went home. My relatives were not even offered to be transferred to another room where the toilet is functional. They have to wait the following day for the matter to be resolved by another staff.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable and chic room. Very clean and quiet. All over appearance of hotel is beautiful.
Cons: I didn't like that there was no blanket on the bed it was just a sheet and bedspread which can be too hot sometimes. Also, cleaning staff came knocking at 9 am on a Saturday and check out wasn't til noon which was bothersome.

Pros: We had a last minute request (late check out) and they were very kind and willing to accommodate us.

Pros: this stay was due to my daughter and I taking my mom to the airport. Upon check in the front desk attendant was rude, very unfriendly. We asked what time the shuttle would come and he asked when my moms flight would leave. When we said 5, he stated arguing saying no flight leaves at that time. The lobby was so loud from the live music. Between that and the attendant arguing I wanted to just leave but I had already paid for the room online.

Pros: I liked that they communicated very wedding and were very helpful planning my wedding night st the hotel.
Cons: What i didnt like were the very uncomfortable beds. First night i stayed the room was nice but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I asked for a better bed in my room. They switched me to another room. Room was very nice and there was champagne for me and my new wife but again the bed was terrible. Throwing a feather topper on a 30 yr old bed thats rock hard doesnt add comfort. Please invest in new beds. Also the continental breakfast was subpar. Ive had better breakfast at mcdonalds.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Personally familiar with the property from prior stays, so the staff recognize me as a returning customer.
Cons: No weekend newspapers available; concierge lounge closed the entire weekend; many stairway treds need to be replaced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: For Marriott Premium Elite members, the concierge lounge closed on weekends. No weekend newspapers.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Covered parking under the "E" Wing; staff recognition as a returning Marriott Platinum Elite member. Outdoor and indoor swimming pools.
Cons: While it is promoted as a full service Marriott Hotel, it does not meet that level of expectation. On weekends there are no Saturday or Sunday newspapers, even in the gift shop. Room air-conditioning in 3329 was not working below 72 degrees; the bed comforter was too heavy for summer usage. There are many places that need fixing up, such as repaving the outdoor parking areas, replacing broken treads on farewell stairs, and having the concierge lounge open and stocked on weekends.
